Head of Project Management
About the Role: As the Head of Project Management for Toyota and Lexus, you will lead and inspire a team of 7 Project Managers, overseeing complex, multi-channel campaign production. A key focus of this role will be managing integrated 360 campaigns, strategic projects and marketing transformation workstreams ensuring excellence in delivery. This is a client-facing role that requires strong leadership and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Project Managers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Oversee the performance and development of the PM team, ensuring alignment with business goals
Ensure the team follows best practices, including Toyota-specific processes and agency standards.
Allocate projects to the Project Managers, ensuring balanced workloads that align with each team member’s skill set and capacity.

Project Oversight:
Implement and manage efficient project management processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Oversee the end to end campaign production process, ensuring they meet client expectations.
Be the point of escalation for project risks and support in the identification and mitigation of risks.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to ensure cohesive execution of projects.

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for Toyota and Lexus clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on campaign production processes.

Operational Excellence:
Monitor and manage project financials, ensuring healthy tracking of budget and scope.
Work closely with the Operations Director to roll out new tools.
Lead resource planning and management, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources across projects and problem solving resourcing issues.

Continuous Improvement:
Champion continuous process improvement and integrating learnings from previous projects to improve ways of working.
Collaborate with senior agency leadership to refine PM best practices and contribute to the broader agency PM structure.
Qualifications:

Proven Experience:
Experience within project management, with a focus on integrated campaigns
Automotive highly beneficial
Experience working with offshore teams
Experience working in a multi agency environment and/or with third parties.

Key Skills:
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and drive high performance in cross-functional teams.
Exceptional project management skills.
High level of financial acumen, with experience in managing project budgets, scopes, and timelines for traditional media projects.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.Wrike, Smartsheets, Ziflow).
Deep understanding of creative and production processes for TV and Print, digital and social ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Ability to handle complex production timelines and deliverables.

Excellent communication skills, with experience in managing senior-level client relationships
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to navigate challenges while maintaining client satisfaction
