Who are we looking for
An enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to support our busy &NatWest team in delivering customer email, direct mail and social campaigns.
&NatWest is a mixed team of account handlers, creatives, production specialists and strategists delivering 10,000+ assets for the bank every year. You’ll be working on campaigns with product acquisition and engagement objectives for loans, credit cards, mortgages, current accounts, savings and digital tools.
This is initially a 3 month fixed term contract, but there may be the option to extend depending on client needs.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be providing administrative support to Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver more complex campaigns, as well as managing briefs directly with our NatWest clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
Sticking to Timeline: You'll work to a project schedule, making sure everything runs on time and within budget.
Schedule the Team: You'll book time with our creative and production teams, ensuring they have the resources they need when they need them.
Quick Creative Tweaks: You'll handle small updates directly within Stensul (our email building platform). No need to go back and forth with the designers for minor changes.
Prep for Launch: You'll complete the email/DM deployment spreadsheet, making sure everything is ready to go out the door.
Team Up with Production: You'll support the production team by creating lists of all the assets we need, including specifications, so the production team knows exactly what to create.
Quality Control: You'll make sure our work meets the highest standards by following agency quality control processes.
Keep Everyone Informed: You'll update project information in our systems so clients and the internal team are always in the loop.
Key skills
Self-motivated with a drive to learn quickly and succeed
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
Well organised, able to manage multiple tasks from different managers / clients
Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Personable and collaborative – able to quickly build positive relationships internally and with clients
Inquisitive and solution-oriented
Knowledge of Excel
Tech-literate, ideally with some experience of project management and/or campaign automation software
A general awareness and understanding of marketing campaigns and achieving business outcomes, including principles of data segmentation for targeted communications
Some experience in client-handling preferred
Minimum one year experience working on email campaigns
