Team WPP for Audible
Following the kick-off of an exciting new engagement, Team WPP is thrilled to partner with Audible in their mission of igniting the world’s imagination through premium audio storytelling. To make that possible, Team WPP have been appointed to bring the Audible mission to life through the most dynamic channel of all – social. We will be supporting their social media transformation across ten markets (in the Americas, EU, and APAC) and over 30+ channels (incl. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok). Through social, Audible aims to create a larger and more inspired community of fans across the globe.
The Role - 2 Months Internship
Want to help Audible ignite imaginations on social media? We're looking for an Art Director/Graphic Designer Intern AND Copywriter Intern to join our team! This is your chance to get hands-on experience crafting social ideas that capture attention and spark conversations for a leading brand in audio storytelling. If you're a student or recent grad with a passion for design and a love for social, let's create something amazing together!
YOUR MISSION (SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT):
•Turn bookish passion into scroll-stopping social content—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, you name it.
•Brainstorm with a killer creative team to make Audible’s feed unputdownable (see what we did there?).
•Design reactive posts that tap into trends, memes, and bookish debates fast—because virality waits for no one.
•Collaborate with strategists, writers, and fellow creatives to adapt book covers, audiobook clips, and fan art into next-level social gold.
•Geek out over data and design—you’ll help track what hooks Audible’s fans and iterate like a pro.

Skills Required:
- Art Direction Internship:
The ability to concept and produce for various social platforms using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, start to finish.
An understanding of the fundamental pillars of design.
- Copywriting Internship:
Engaging, Platform-Optimized Writing: Craft sharp, scroll-stopping copy tailored to each social platform (Instagram, Reddit, X, Facebook), balancing Audible’s brand voice with trends and audience appeal.
Storytelling & Hook Mastery: Write punchy hooks and micro-stories that highlight audiobooks’ appeal.
Be a Kind Person: Work well with others and have a heart for writing.
- Both
Ability to pin down and articulate creative concepts.
Public speaking and an understanding of presentation software (Google Suite, Powerpoint, and Figma).
A thumb on the pulse of social.
