The Role:
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social-First Copywriter to join our fast-paced, AI-powered content studio. You'll be crafting compelling narratives for a major automotive client, creating engaging content that resonates with audiences across various social media platforms. This role requires a passion for language, a deep understanding of social media trends, and an eagerness to explore the potential of AI in content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing creative and engaging social media copy for a variety of content formats (text posts, captions, video scripts, etc.).
Collaborating with art directors and designers to develop cohesive and impactful social campaigns.
Utilizing proprietary WPP AI tools to generate, refine, and optimize copy for maximum engagement.
Managing projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely execution, adherence to brand voice, and high creative standards.
Conducting research and staying up-to-date on social media trends, platform best practices, and competitor activity.
Participating in creative WIPs and ensuring approvals/sign-offs for top-quality work.
Adapting and optimizing copy based on performance data and audience insights.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience writing engaging and effective copy for social media platforms.
A strong understanding of social media best practices and different platform nuances.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to adapt writing style to different tones and target audiences.
Knowledge of how AI can be utilized in copywriting and content development.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail.
A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creative writing.
Active personal engagement with social media platforms.
Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications
