Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
The Role
Toyota & Lexus. Multi-Market Europe. Athens
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our centralized team in Athens, working on Toyota & Lexus across multiple European markets.
This role offers deep, hands-on ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social platforms, with a strong focus on execution quality, optimisation depth, and data-driven decision making across complex, multi-market accounts. You’ll play a key role in delivering performance outcomes for one of the most scaled automotive setups in Europe, collaborating closely with local markets and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across multiple European markets.
Work on Toyota & Lexus accounts, adapting central strategy to local market requirements.
Ensure best-in-class campaign setup, optimisation, and QA across platforms.
Contribute to testing roadmaps by proposing, launching, and evaluating tests with clear analytical logic.
Prepare and review weekly and monthly performance reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
Collaborate with local market teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
What You Bring
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
High proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, including managing and analysing large datasets.
Solid understanding of performance KPIs, optimisation levers, and media buying fundamentals.
Confidence working in a multi-market, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Experience with Looker Studio is a plus.
Google and Meta certifications are a plus.

Strong ownership of workstreams and effective collaboration with market teams.
Location & Setup
Athens office
4 days per week in-office
Professional proficiency in English and Greek required
Additional European languages (French, Italian, or German) are a plus
