The role
We are looking for a Social Project/Account Manager who can nurture client relationships while simultaneously shepherding social campaigns from initial brief to final delivery. This role blends account management and project management, requiring a candidate comfortable with both client-facing responsibilities and internal project execution.
A highly organized, naturally confident communicator, you’ll act as the central point of contact for clients and the lynchpin between all internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuring work is allocated correctly, delivered on time and within budget, and that all relevant stakeholders – both internal and external – are happy with the work. A calm, authoritative voice during stressful moments, you’ll ensure priorities are communicated effectively and champion efficient processes.
You’ll proactively maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business and objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the account. You will manage all projects for the assigned account(s), no matter the size, expertly multitasking to keep projects at different stages moving smoothly through the process. This includes regular communication with clients, providing progress updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns. You will build strong, lasting relationships with clients based on trust and mutual success.
You’ll be super organized, keeping track of people, resources, costings, and budgets, ensuring the relevant approvals and sign-offs are obtained from both the client and internal teams. You will also be responsible for accurate forecasting and reporting on account performance.
You’ll need:
Experience in account management, demonstrating a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage client expectations.
Strong project management experience- resourcing, timeline development, budget review
Production experience a bonus
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with all people, at all levels, both internally and externally.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well unsupervised
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
A flexible and pro-active approach while maintaining meticulous attention to detail for deliverables
Experience in developing and delivering client presentations and reports.
A strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
The pay range for this role is $115,000-$120,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
