This role will join our embedded agency model – &NatWest. This innovative &model provides our client, NatWest Group (NatWest Group is the largest business and commercial bank in the UK, with a leading retail business) with a dedicated on-site creative and production team. We deliver high quality, large volume, fast turnaround creative campaigns and solutions for several well-known banking brands (NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Coutts) across all channels.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for a talented and experienced Website Copywriter to help rewrite the propositional content on coutts.com, reflecting a new tone of voice (training provided) and elevating key proof points.
You should understand and have significant experience working on high quality wealth management content, understand the nature of regulation in financial services and can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including product teams, specialists, web designers and risk functions.
As well as being organised and able to manage your time effectively, you're comfortable working collaboratively within a team and as an individual, and possess a keen eye for detail. Your portfolio should demonstrate a proven track record of work in the wealth management industry.
We’re looking for someone to:
- Bring confidence, consistency & clarity to the propositional content on coutts.com
- Apply the new Coutts TOV
- Be able to work in a highly collaborative and agile way
- Effectively manage their own time, have strong communication skills and be able to work closely with key stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rewrite propositional content for coutts.com, reflecting the new tone of voice and elevating key proof points.
- Collaborate with proposition specialists, web designers, risk functions, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
- Manage time effectively and deliver high-quality content within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Apply the new Coutts tone of voice consistently across all website content.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Attributes:
- At least 5 years of experience as a website copywriter, with a proven track record in the wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of high-quality wealth management content and financial services regulations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Write clear, persuasive, original copy through the various iterations of the project
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful website copywriting projects within the wealth management sector.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply a new tone of voice.
