About the Role:
*6 months Temp to Perm*
We are seeking a highly strategic and customer-centric Brand & Customer Strategy Manager to join our team, working with a major Automotive client. This role is responsible for driving the client's brand identity and fostering deeper connections with their customers. You will combine brand positioning expertise, advanced customer insights, and the integration of AI-driven tools to shape innovative engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with customer-focused execution, ensuring the Automotive client's message and experiences align with evolving customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand, Customer Strategy & Engagement Planning: Develop and refine the Automotive client’s brand and customer strategies. Create and apply a cohesive brand messaging strategy. Design and implement comprehensive engagement strategies and plans. Define and evaluate customer segments. Collaborate with the media team to optimize marketing investment.
Portfolio Strategy Development: Develop portfolio strategies to maximize brand growth potential for the Automotive client, including defining model-level product positionings. Lead the creation of launch strategies for new models. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and experiences.
AI Integration & Customer Insights: Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to analyze customer data, predict trends, and identify opportunities for personalized marketing. Lead customer research initiatives, integrating AI to enhance insights. Define metrics for brand health and campaign effectiveness. Serve as a key voice of the customer, providing input to product development based on AI-driven insights.
Strategic Guidance & Integration: Partner with marketing, sales, and dealer teams to deliver consistent messaging and experiences. Provide strategic guidance on creative assets. Foster collaboration across global and regional teams to ensure cohesive execution of brand positioning and sales strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Set and monitor KPIs for brand and customer strategy initiatives. Analyze results and identify opportunities for process improvement. Advocate for a culture of innovation, promoting the use of AI and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
8+ years of experience in brand strategy, customer insights, or related fields, preferably within the automotive or Fortune 100 brands.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering customer-centric brand campaigns.
Experience leveraging AI tools and analytics for customer insights and strategy development.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect customer insights to actionable brand initiatives.
Expertise in utilizing AI-driven tools and platforms.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Customer-centric mindset.
Ability to lead collaborative efforts across teams and geographies.
Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a target annual salary of $160,000-$170,000 upon conversion to a permanent position. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
