About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and innovative Social Strategist to join our growing team. With 7+ years of agency experience as a Social or Digital Strategist. You'll be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge social strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business results for our clients. You'll be a key player in shaping the social presence of leading brands, working closely with creative, account, and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns. You'll have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. Who You Are:
- A Social Strategist Expert (with Agency Experience): A social strategist with 7+ years of experience within an advertising agency, you excel at developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results. You have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A Content Curator and Storyteller: You have a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences and tells a brand's story in a unique and engaging way.
- A Data-Driven Optimizer: You're not just focused on creating great content; you're also obsessed with measuring results and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact. You're proficient in using social media analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- A Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working closely with creative, account, and production teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. You're a strong communicator and collaborator, able to share your ideas and insights with others effectively.

What You'll Do:
- Develop Insightful Social Strategies: Craft comprehensive strategies that are rooted in deep audience understanding, platform insights, and client business objectives.
- Craft Inspiring Creative Briefs: Develop clear, concise, and inspiring creative briefs that guide the creative team in developing engaging and effective social media content.
- Guide Content Development: Provide strategic guidance and feedback to the creative team throughout the content development process, ensuring that all content aligns with the overall strategy and social approach.
- Analyze Social Media Performance: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams, and using data to inform future strategies.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Proactively identify emerging social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and translate them into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with creative, account, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Champion Social & Digital-First Thinking: Advocate for innovative social approaches and proactively push for a social and digital-first mindset across all projects, ensuring that social and digital channels are prioritized and integrated effectively.
- Support New Business Efforts: Contribute to new business pitches and presentations by developing compelling social media strategies and showcasing the agency's social media expertise.
