Account & Project Manager (18-Month Fixed Term Contract)

You will be the linchpin for a diverse portfolio of integrated marketing campaigns across some renowned brands, combining expert client relationship management with meticulous operational project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong, trusting relationships.
Provide regular, proactive, and transparent updates on campaign progress, performance, and any potential challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Integrated Campaign Planning & Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Strategy, Creative, Media, and Data & Insights to develop comprehensive and innovative integrated campaign plans.
Actively participate in planning sessions, contributing insights and ensuring feasibility from an execution perspective.
Ensure all campaign elements are aligned with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
Day-to-Day Campaign Management & Execution:
Lead the end-to-end project management of integrated campaigns, from kick-off to post-campaign analysis.
Develop and meticulously manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
Oversee campaign budgets, tracking expenditure, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring projects remain within financial parameters.
Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring the right talent is deployed at the right time.
Coordinate the production and delivery of all campaign assets across various channels (digital, print, broadcast, social, experiential, etc.).
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
Proactively identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth campaign progression.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise, demonstrating a calm and solution-oriented approach.
Cross-Functional Communication & Facilitation:
Facilitate clear, concise, and consistent communication across all internal teams and external partners.
Organise and lead regular project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Act as the central hub for information flow, ensuring everyone has the necessary context to perform their roles effectively.
Process Optimisation & Best Practices:
Continuously review and optimise project workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and champion best practices in integrated campaign management, driving continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of standardised tools and templates for campaign execution.
Leveraging WPP Open Capabilities:
Actively explore and leverage the full capabilities of the WPP Open platform to deliver truly integrated and innovative solutions for our campaigns.
Stay abreast of new features and functionalities within WPP Open, applying them to enhance campaign delivery.

Strong Financial Acumen: You are comfortable with budget management, financial tracking, and demonstrating a clear understanding of campaign ROI.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: You possess exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
Problem-Solver: You approach challenges with a proactive and analytical mindset, seeking effective and innovative solutions.
