The Role
We're looking for a mid-weight Social Content Creator to join our growing &Accelerate team.
This is a hands-on, creative role. Your days will be split between shooting lo-fi content on your phone, editing it into social formats that perform, and pitching quick concepts to keep clients moving. Oftentimes you will be required to self-produce your own shoots (weekly) and will be creating content across a core block of three clients at any one time.
This isn't a studio editor role or a traditional production role. It's a role for someone who is fundamentally a creative who gets social. Someone who can spot a trend, work out how to make it relevant for a brand, shoot it on their phone and turn it around fast. Someone with great taste who instinctively knows what is right, and what is not.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
A keen eye for visual craft and brand tone.
Know instinctively what will work on TikTok and Instagram, and why.
Are confident shooting and self-directing lo-fi content on your phone
Are highly proficient in CapCut and use it as your primary editing tool
Can script a social edit, knowing how to structure a video so it earns its watch time
Have a genuine interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry
Have strong examples of previous social content, ideally from an agency environment.
Know how to turn a trend into a branded moment.
Nice-to-have:
Experience using AI tools in your creative workflow, with a curiosity to keep pushing them further
Experience shooting social product imagery in a lifestyle context
Adobe suite experience (photoshop, premium pro and after effects)
The work moves quickly here. You might start the week on a shoot, spend mid-week editing, and end it pitching a reactive concept to a client. If that sounds like the kind of work you want to be doing, we'd love to hear from you.
