The Role

We are seeking a passionate multi-talented Senior Content Creator to join our &Accelerate team. You will be a creative powerhouse, responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies and content that drive brand awareness, engagement and ultimately, business growth for our clients.

Creative & Strategy:

• Creative Concepting: We're looking for a creative genius who can cook up sensational social media campaigns that stop thumbs in their tracks. You'll need to be a maestro of innovation, aligning with the client's brand guidelines and campaign objectives to create content that's nothing short of legendary.
• Copywriting: Got a way with words? We need a copywriting connoisseur who can weave compelling, on-brand narratives for social media posts, ad copy, video scripts, and all sorts of marketing materials. Your words should sell, tell, and swell with brand personality.
• Content & Social Strategy: Are you data-savvy? We need a strategist who can craft killer social media game plans, complete with content calendars, platform optimisation, and performance analysis. Your strategies should turn data into daring content that dazzles and delivers.
• Influencer Identification: Know your influencers from your imposters? We need someone who can spot the real deals in the influencer world, engaging with the right voices to skyrocket our brand reach and engagement.
• Industry, Culture & Trend Expertise: Stay sharp, stay savvy. We're after someone who's always ahead, predicting social media trends, platform updates, and cultural moments before they're news. You should be our go-to guru for what's hot and what's not.
• Building Best Practice Documentation: Are you a team player? We want someone who's all about sharing the wisdom, documenting the dos and don'ts, the how-tos, and the 'oh wow's of social media marketing.

Content Production:

• Social-First Content Origination (AV): Are you a visual virtuoso? We need a creative who can conjure up, shoot, and edit videos that are not just high-quality but high-engagement, tailored for the quirks and perks of various social platforms.
• Graphic Design: Got an eye for aesthetics? We need a designer who can create graphics, illustrations, and animations that aren't just pretty but pack a punch, driving engagement and brand love.
• Motion Design: Can you make graphics move with meaning? We need a motion design maestro who can bring social content to life, telling stories that stick and sell through captivating motion graphics and animations.

Client Management:

• Client Facing & Relationship Management: Got charm? We need someone who can build and nurture client relationships like a pro, with clear communication, strategic smarts, and service that wows.
• Presenting Creative Work: Stand up, stand out. We need a confident presenter of creative concepts and campaign strategies, someone who can take feedback on the chin and ensure everything is aligned with our client's vision.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
• A proven history of social media campaigns that have broken the mould.
• Creative thinking and storytelling that's nothing short of extraordinary.
• A deep dive understanding of social media platforms and the rules of the game.
• Copywriting and communication skills that are second to none.
• A wizard with the tools of the trade, like the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A knack for numbers with social media analytics and reporting.
• Organisational and time management skills that keep everything ticking like clockwork.
• The ability to fly solo or as part of a squadron.
