Biddable Account Manager
Toyota. Multi-Market Europe. Athens
We’re looking for a highly strategic and experienced Biddable Account Manager to join our centralized team in Athens, managing performance marketing efforts for Toyota across multiple European markets.
This role is designed for senior professionals with extensive hands-on experience in biddable media, seeking to implement advanced campaign strategies, foster innovation within defined frameworks, and manage complex multi-market campaigns at scale. You will be responsible for executing biddable strategy, championing best practices (including AI-first media), providing in-depth analysis, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal teams on day-to-day matters. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and enhancing overall team capabilities.
This is not an entry-level or execution-focused role. It’s a pivotal position for someone ready to apply advanced strategic thinking to execution, implement innovative biddable solutions, and directly contribute to campaign and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Implement the execution strategy and tactical plans for Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across assigned European markets within your team, ensuring alignment with client objectives, local market media strategies, and the Director's overall vision for biddable excellence.
Actively implement and champion biddable best practices, including AI-first media approaches (e.g., Performance Max, Advantage+), advanced optimisation techniques, and new effectiveness metrics (e.g., RBA, Attention metrics). Contribute significantly to the team's testing roadmap, launching, and evaluating tests with analytical precision.
Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of biddable performance data, translating complex information into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for clients, local markets, and senior stakeholders, all within the established strategic framework. Guide the reporting efforts of Junior and Senior Account Executives.
Cultivate strong working relationships and manage day-to-day engagement with key internal teams, local market leads, and client stakeholders for your assigned markets/campaigns, ensuring effective communication and collaborative problem-solving.
Uphold and continuously improve robust QA standards across campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting processes, ensuring excellence and consistency across all markets within your team.
Offer technical expertise, strategic guidance, and informal mentorship to Junior and Senior Account Executives within your team on complex campaign structures, advanced strategies, troubleshooting, and continuous learning.
Proactively identify opportunities for enhanced biddable performance, new ad formats, and relevant technological integrations (including creative automation) to drive client growth and support the Director in shaping commercial outputs.
What You Bring
4 – 5 years hands-on experience and deep expertise in Google, Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, including advanced bidding strategies, audience targeting, campaign structures, and a solid Point of View on all things Biddable.
Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights and recommendations, especially concerning media, brand, and business KPIs.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data utilisation and analysis. Strong command of Data Studio (or similar data visualization tools) for reporting and dashboard creation.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex multi-market challenges, and develop innovative biddable solutions that drive significant business outcomes in alignment with strategic goals.
Strong ability to manage biddable projects and initiatives, guide junior colleagues, and effectively collaborate with various internal and external teams.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and present performance insights confidently to diverse, senior audiences.
High degree of proactivity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced, multi-market, and evolving digital landscape, with a keen interest in AI-first media solutions.
Google and Meta certifications are highly regarded; additional platform experience (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit) is a significant advantage. Professional proficiency in English and Greek.
